Steady Comps Expansion Bundle
£3,599
The same M5 Max processor and 36GB unified memory, with 512GB internal SSD plus a 2TB NVMe SSD and a 2TB HDD in the hub as standard — Windows 11 Pro, Office, accessories, Time Machine setup and personal support.
Save £700 compared with the Apple 4TB SSD configuration.
Comparison uses an Apple UK price of £4,299 and our UK bundle price of £3,599, both including VAT. Apple's model has a 4TB internal SSD. Our bundle has a 512GB internal SSD, a 2TB external NVMe SSD and a separate 2TB external HDD. These are different storage configurations: the HDD is not an SSD and has different performance. Capacity used for backups is not additional storage. Prices may change.
What's Included
Windows 11 Professional
Windows 11 Pro configured as a virtual machine via VMware Fusion, allowing you to use compatible Windows applications alongside macOS without rebooting.
VMware Fusion
Virtualisation software configured for Apple silicon, giving you a convenient Windows environment within macOS.
Microsoft Office for Mac
Microsoft Office for Mac supplied and configured, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Dual-Bay Hub: 2TB NVMe SSD + 2TB HDD Included
A dual-bay expansion hub supplied as standard with a 2TB NVMe SSD for everyday files and compatible Windows virtual machines, plus a separate 2TB hard disk drive (HDD) for backup or general storage. The two drives provide 4TB of external capacity alongside the Mac Studio’s 512GB internal SSD. The hub also provides front-access USB-C, USB-A and SD/microSD connectivity.
HDMI + Thunderbolt Cables
Includes both an HDMI cable and a high-speed Thunderbolt cable for displays, docks and compatible high-speed accessories.
Time Machine Backup
Time Machine setup support is included. The separate 2TB HDD can be used for backups, while the 2TB NVMe SSD provides everyday working storage. Backup capacity depends on the data you choose to protect; a 2TB backup drive cannot hold a full backup of more than 2TB of data. Space used for backups is part of the included capacity.
Every component is selected, configured and tested before dispatch. The modular setup also makes future upgrades simple — retain the hub and accessories when you move to another compatible Mac.

Why Buy This Bundle?
Pro Mac Performance, Windows Flexibility
The M5 Max is built for demanding creative, development and AI workloads, while VMware gives you access to compatible Windows software whenever required.
Use macOS as your main environment and launch Windows only when you need it.
Separate SSD and HDD Storage Included
The Mac Studio includes a 512GB internal SSD. The hub adds a 2TB NVMe SSD and a separate 2TB HDD as standard, giving 4TB of external storage across two drives.
Use the NVMe SSD for everyday files and the HDD for backups or additional file storage. The drives remain separate; this is not a single 4TB SSD. Actual usable capacity is lower after formatting, and backup space is included in these capacities.

Is Office included?
Where stated in the selected bundle, Microsoft Office for Mac is supplied and configured for use.
How does the 4TB extra storage work?

AppleCare+ may be available for eligible new Macs within Apple's eligibility period. Please check eligibility before purchase if AppleCare+ is important to you.
