Build to Order Macs
Any Build-to-Order (BTO) Mac, (where it must be ordered directly from Apple on a per machine basis) will take longer to arrive. These are Macs that Apple builds specifically for you, perhaps with extra RAM, an upgraded processor, extra storage or a non-standard keyboard. Standard configurations we keep in stock. If you are unsure if it's a BTO, just drop us a mail:
- The displayed dispatch time is a guideline (not a promise) on how long it will take for Apple to send us your computer. We then dispatch it to you.
- No retailers, including Apple, keep these custom models in stock.
- Once built and dispatched, delivery is via 24-hour express service (DHL) within the UK. International deliveries will obviously take a little longer.
BTO orders cannot be cancelled, as we cannot return them to Apple for a refund, so please check you’re happy with this and the lead time before confirming your order. Cancelling a BTO will incur a fee. See our terms and conditions.
Deal with the Experts
We specialise in helping you move old larger internal drives into a more streamlined solution where the majority of the data can be stored and backed up on the hub. This can then be moved to a new computer or shared with a second computer in seconds, as well as costing substantially less as you require a much smaller internal drive. Why pay a fortune to Apple for a huge internal drive when you don't need to?
