VAT Invoice provided with every order. Any configuration of any Mac available, if we do not have it listed, just tell us what you require, we will be happy to list it.

Build to Order Macs

Any Build-to-Order (BTO) Mac, (where it must be ordered directly from Apple on a per machine basis) will take longer to arrive. These are Macs that Apple builds specifically for you, perhaps with extra RAM, an upgraded processor, extra storage or a non-standard keyboard. Standard configurations we keep in stock. If you are unsure if it's a BTO, just drop us a mail:

• The displayed dispatch time is a guideline on how long it will take for Apple to send us your computer.
• No retailers, including Apple, keep these custom models in stock.
• Once built and dispatched, delivery is via 24-hour express service.

BTO orders cannot be cancelled, as we cannot return them to Apple for a refund, so please check you’re happy with the lead time before confirming your order. Cancelling a BTO may incur a fee. See our terms and conditions.
