Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be in the same condition as received, in original packaging, with all peripherals and software as provided at time of sale. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for any items which are not returned in their original condition and/or are used and/or damaged. Full refunds will be issued on genuine returns. Fraudulent returns will be reported to the police.

Following the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 14 days from the day of delivery. The goods must be in an “as sold” condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories or free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used or have any data inputted. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
