Shipping

All sales include UK VAT @ 20% and come with a UK VAT receipt. This can then be claimed back by any business that has a VAT/IVA registration number or equivalent in the UK. If you purchase from outside the UK, all your import duty and VAT/IVA is covered by us, so you only pay what you see on the listing. Contact us with any questions. If you are claiming back your VAT for an EU business, just check out using the manual payment option, and we can send you an invoice minus VAT. You then pay the VAT when your item arrives, but you can claim it back as it is your local VAT, not UK. 

Shipping is with UPS or DPD unless stated, depending upon your locale. If you are not able to purchase from where you are, please contact us, we will endeavour to get the machine to you. All efforts are made to deliver within the suggested timeframe listed on the website. However, delays can occur when items go into constraint occasionally. We will keep you informed throughout, and will deliver the order as promised if it is within our power, or else issue a full and complete refund.

Shipping is fully insured, and shipping to remote locations and offshore locations may cost extra, so please do contact us for a quote prior to purchase. Items shipping to Malta or Cyprus, for example, can vary greatly depending upon the size and weight of the computer chosen. Expedited options are available upon request.
